Adjustments to orders must be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Please ensure the shipping address is correct, as once the order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect the package. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your invoice and tracking number. We suggest saving the tracking number for your records.
All Canada Post shipments require a signature at the time of delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the package will be held for pick-up, and you will be notified with a placard at your home. Please note, FedEx International Economy cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
